Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases made from Watercloud International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. through its website and associated Stripe checkout links. Product-specific quotations, service orders and mandatory consumer protections also apply.
Orders and pricing
Prices, currencies, taxes, billing frequency and product specifications are shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation. An order is subject to payment confirmation and Watercloud acceptance.
Digital materials
Digital reports and manuals are licensed for the purchaser’s internal use unless a separate licence states otherwise. Redistribution, resale and unauthorised copying are prohibited. Delivery arrangements will be specified for each report.
Managed subscriptions
The WAFENITY VPS service is billed monthly at the amount displayed in Stripe. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals, subject to the billing cut-off and any separately agreed service commitments. Service levels, provisioning times, acceptable use and support scope must be set out in the applicable service order.
Hardware and configured systems
Hardware specifications, shipping charges, delivery times, warranty coverage and software licence terms must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Apple is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Watercloud is not claiming Apple-authorised reseller status.
Refunds and returns
Refer to the separate Refund Policy and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to a transaction.
These website policies should be reviewed by Singapore legal counsel before accepting customer payments.
