Physical Product Returns

Applicability
Returns apply to tangible goods, including WAFENITY servers and Apple Mac Studio hardware. Digital files and VPS subscriptions are not physically returnable.
Request within seven days
Contact [email protected] within seven calendar days of delivery to request return authorisation. Include order number, reason, photographs where relevant and serial number.
Condition and inspection
For discretionary returns, items must be unused, complete, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Custom-built or specially configured products may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns if disclosed before purchase. Do not ship equipment without return instructions.
Faults and statutory rights
Defective, damaged on arrival or materially misdescribed goods will be assessed and remedied as required by applicable law. Statutory rights are not restricted by the seven-day notification window.
Shipping and data
Return shipping responsibilities will be communicated during authorisation, consistent with applicable law. Customers must securely back up and erase their data before returning devices. Watercloud will provide instructions for configured systems.
Refund timing
Refunds, repairs or replacements follow inspection and the applicable legal and contractual obligations.
